JWOC2010

Classes are W 20 and M 20. All competitors must be born in 1990 or later and must be full passport-holding citizens of the country they represent.

The deadline for preliminary entries is March 30, 2010. The entry form will be available on the JWOC2010 website. This form MUST be used. The following information is obligatory:

• Number of competitors (maximum of 6 men and 6 women)
• Number of relay teams (maximum 2 male and 2 female teams)
• Number of officials (maximum 4)
• Team leaders’ details
• Accommodation requirements (category A, B or C)
• Participation in the training camp (June 27 – July 3)
• Dates of arrival and departure

The final entries with the names of competitors including reserves and officials must be sent to the organizers not later than by May 31, 2010.

The entry form for final entries will be enclosed in Bulletin 3.

Total fee including entry fee, transport,  food and accommodation

(All prices are in DKK per person)

All accommodation will be allocated on a first come, first-served basis, as per our receipt of final entries.

Please note:

• The same fees apply to officials and competitors
• All accommodation is at the military barracks
• Category A is in a separate block with single and double rooms at hotel standard (2-star), with private bathrooms and toilets.
• Categories B and C are in 12-person rooms with bunk beds. Each 12-person room has its own bathroom and toilet facilities.
• Distances between A, B and C category blocks are about 1000 meters.
• All meals are covered by the fee (including dinner on Sunday July 4 and brunch on Sunday July 11.)
• The fee includes participation in the banquet and party on Saturday evening.
