During race days the event arenas will offer work spaces in tents with tables and chairs (at the sprint race, in a room at the university). Access to start lists, video monitors with results, a photo copier and mobile broad band are provided.

Photo opportunities will be provided as competitors pass an audience point at all events, the sprint race excepted. Photo journalists can request an escort to other points in the woods.

Food is sold from a kiosk at the event arenas.

A press room will be established in the event centre at Aalborg Barracks providing tables and chairs and a mobile broadband connection.
